Hypnotherapy

If the reason for a debilitating condition is subconscious then wouldn't it be reasonable to address the problem at the subconscious level?

Hypno-Psychotherapy or Analytical Hypnotherapy uses a combination Hypnosis and Psychotherapy to resolve problems created by the mind.

Hypnosis is used to suspend the critical analytical conscious mind in order to access the subconscious and Psychotherapy is then used to address the emotional root cause to release the associated repressions.

Psychotherapy

Psychotherapy involves eliciting emotional charge associated with the root cause of a condition created by the mind in response to stress the individual could not cope with at the time of the experience. The repression is normally released by emotional expression usually by crying. Once the repression has been released the debilitating symptoms of the individual's condition are alleviated. The most important ingredient of this therapy is rapport as tranference is an important dynamic of the treatment. It is a talking therapy in which a lot of the emphasis is placed on free association in order to unearth the root cause of the problem.
